Bought a few things here. Owner is friendly and goes out of his way to help and get you a good deal. Better than the regular Sears store, which we can't stand. Local man, local store.
Very helpful and very friendly
We ordered an outdoor patio set on line and had it delivered here. We could not ask for better service. The young lady who helped us on July 14, 2017 went way beyond expectations. We were so impressed with the service and friendliness that we felt compelled to recommend this store to anyone. She made us feel at home. I urge anyone needing a Sears product in the area to give these folks a try. We will surely be back.
I called the Loris store to make certain an item was in stock, as I had been shopping online. The "gentleman" who answered the phone was rather rude, stating, "I don't have time to check for you, but I guess I will." Nevertheless, I decided to purchase the item I needed online and pick it up in the store. My wife arrived at the store the following day, since I specified she would be the individual to pick up the item. When she arrived, the same "gentleman" was again rude and was unhelpful! Thankfully, there was a nice lady working who quickly helped my wife in less than 3 minutes. Unless it is a necessity, I doubt I will patronize the Sears in Loris again.
Im sitting outside the store now at 12:45pm and nobody has opened the store. Google says the store opens at 11am. The sign on the door says it opens at 12:30pm. I have been sitting here since 11:45am. I know its Sunday but this is ridiculous. I guess im going to Home Depot. Tired of waiting!
